Call for Papers for a Special Issue of the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing: Palliative Care for Those With Cardiac Disease

Special issue dedicated to Palliative Care planned to be published in early 2014

The European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing (EJCN) is the International Journal of the European Society of Cardiology dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in the field of cardiovascular nursing: promoting evidence-based clinical practice.

EJCN plans to publish a special issue dedicated to palliative care in early 2014. The aim of this special issue is to highlight palliative care for patients with cardiac disease by publishing high quality research in this field. Therefore, we welcome submissions of original papers with a focus on palliative care.

Submissions

To be considered for publication, papers must be received by the online submission system by July 1st 2013.

Please prepare and submit manuscripts according to the guidelines available at www.cnu.sagepub.com. When submitting your paper, please indicate that the paper is to be considered for the special issue. All papers will receive a peer review, following the usual review process and criteria of the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing. The special issue is scheduled for publication in early 2014. Any papers accepted for publication but not included in the special issue due to space constraints will be published later in a regular issue.
